16. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall then be submitted to arbitration in Texas.

17. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
